Service Level Agreements

Our service level agreements (SLA) provide ongoing support to your company throughout the period of the agreement. There are varied service levels that Wilcor Services can offer and will work with your company to build a service level that works best for you and your company. Our basic SLA can provide communication through a “Call As You Need” service, with phone and or email advice as a minimum and a set rate for any additional work. Our more developed SLA can range from 1 day a month onwards and can include, but is not limited to any of the services below. Wilcor Services can offer SLA that are solely for Health and Safety (H&S) or Quality (Q). Alternatively, companies can combine SLA with requirements for Quality (Q) and / or Environmental (E) compliance and arrangements to produce an integrated SLA.
Inclusions within Service Level Agreements are:
•    Review of any company Policies, Procedures, Processes and documentation for sole SLA or integrated SLA.
•    Production of documentation required for site work.
•    Production of documentation required to ensure Compliance with Legislation.
•    Production of documentation required for Compliance with Industry standards and certification bodies.
•    Advice and service towards certifications and accreditations.
•    Assistance with PQQ’s for any relevant information relating to Management Systems.
•    Assistance with online portals for any relevant information relating to Management Systems.
•    Lead annual management review in relation to HSQE and Management System.
•    Develop and implement Behavioural Based Safety Programmes.
•    Champion, track and monitor Non Conformances relating to HSQE and Management Systems. Advise and help implement Corrective              Actions and monitor the effectiveness of the Corrective Action.
•    Champion, track and monitor Continual improvement opportunities to the business relating to HSQE and Management systems.
•    Champion, track and monitor any Objectives and Targets relating to HSQE and Management systems. Advise and help implement KPI’s           to achieve desired goals.
•    Visits to company premises to provide Communication and in house training.
•    Site inspections at company premises.
•    Site Inspections for H&S, Quality and Environmental on projects / jobs
•    Internal Audits of the company Management System(s).
•    Full system audits comprising of management system and site Compliance.
•    Individual Compliance Audits of Legislation;
•    Client / Customer audits;
•    Accident Investigations and Reports.
•    Incident and NCR Investigations and Reports.
•    Client site audits.
